* The Talent House conference room can only be rented for full day or half day. The time exceeded in both modalities will be invoiced by the hour.
The rental times include the full duration of the event, from the previous preparations to its close (exit of those attending, external staff hired and organisation, etc.). A supplement will be applied on the invoice for any time exceeding that set out in the quote.
- Full day: Maximum 8 hours.
- Half day: Maximum 6 hours.
The timetable for events at the Talent House building will be from 8.30 to 20.00. For other times please ask.

The Conference Room is equipped with the following additional technical services:
- Recording of the event on DVD via 3 cameras with position control and zoom.
- Simultaneous translation with approved booth, booth equipped with 8 channels, digital suitcase with 56 receivers.
- Videoconference system with multi-point connection capacity (emitter + 3 receivers).
